2. Email addresses must be in this format: "xxx@yyy.zzz", or else you'll get an error message when you submit.

3. The only required fields are your name, country and email address. You can choose whether to list your email or not.

4. If you have a website, please link back to us. If you want to affiliate with us, tell us in the "comment" box.

5. Please do not double apply.
